Great advice for managing your temper

I mainly purchased this book for my little brother, as he's always had a bit of a temper. While he was reluctant to accept the book when I offered it to him (because of course I was over-reacting and he didn't actually have an anger problem), I instead decided to read it myself and speak with him about the advice I'd learned and how I thought it could help him. Eventually I convinced him to read this on his own, and the results were almost immediately noticeable. He seems calmer most of the time, and doesn't have such a short fuse any more. A great help!

Anger management guide at its best

Hanif has written a very calculated and systematic way to anger management. Starting from describing anger, and then identifying anger types for us to self-evaluate and then finally helping you to control your anger. He has designed quizzes so that we can judge our anger level ourselves and work accordingly. Really nice book looking forward to reading the bonus book, hoping it will be good as this one was.

I think everyone suffers from bouts of anger here and there but some can let their emotions overpower them, like me!
Whenever i lose my temper i feel like a runaway train and find it really hard to clear my head.
Thankfully i came across this book! Im not really one to go to a therapist so this was the next best thing. And what a delightful book indeed! Full of great actionable steps to prevent the anger approaching and if it does, ways of diffusing the situation all together. I found the 'personal plan' outlined in this book a great help as im currently using this in my everyday routine right now. Wonderful book :)
